Global Growth Advisor's (GGA) primary focus is maximizing incentive packages through strategic negotiations and optimal site selection for both U.S. and international clients.  With over thirty years of combined professional experience, Kris and Renée have merged their government and corporate industry knowledge to create a cutting edge economic development firm in GGA.


Renée Rosenheck, CEO and Co-Founder
Renée has been working with corporate clients since 2002 to facilitate their global growth objectives through company expansions, relocations, advising on entry to new export markets and increasing sales. Her background in economic development, international business, site selection and incentives allows Renée to clearly understand the driving factors for all parties involved.


Working with U.S. and international companies on site selection projects Renée has extensive experience with a variety of manufacturing industries, including aerospace, automotive, food processing, paper, wood products, alternative energy, distribution centers and office projects. Renée spent more than 12 years working for the State of Georgia’s economic development team, where she focused on promoting Georgia for inbound investment, advising on site location and coordinating incentive packages with the state, county and city.


During her career in state government, Renée had the opportunity to manage international business missions to Europe and Asia, Governor’s missions, and market penetration promotions for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in Japan and Chile. Renée also spent a year living in Australia, where she worked at the Carlton United Brewery (Foster’s) and the Sydney Olympic Games.


Renée earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Florida. She is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and North Carolina, and speaks fluent French after having studied in France at the University of Nice and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Toulouse.


Kristopher Phillips, COO and Co-Founder


Kristopher is experienced in the fields of site location consulting and analysis, incentive negotiations and financial management. 


At Global Growth Advisors, Kristopher leverages this experience to increase the ROI and IRR for manufacturing, distribution, office headquarters and real estate development projects with capital investments ranging between $2 million and $300 million.  He has managed projects in 37 states for a number of companies from the United States, Europe and Asia.

Kristopher previously worked as a Director for a private economic development firm, working with companies to establish an initial presence or expand their operations in the United States. Kristopher has completed projects for companies in many different industries, including metals, chemical manufacturing, automotive components manufacturing, textiles, wood products, hospitality, food processing and real estate development. Prior to working in economic development, Kristopher worked for more than 6 years in the finance industry at Bank of America and TIAA.


Originally from Wilmington, Ohio, Kristopher earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Clemson University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Charlotte School of Law.
